1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player," "User," or "you") and pakpop ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pakpop website located at pakpop.net and all services offered thereon, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, promotional offers, and payment processing facilities.

By registering an account, accessing the pakpop platform, depositing funds, or otherwise using any service provided by pakpop, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the pakpop platform.

These terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these terms and any translated or summarised version, the English text shall prevail.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the pakpop platform is strictly restricted to persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to access casino games and 18 years of age to access sports betting markets. pakpop applies the higher threshold of 21+ to all casino game categories as a matter of platform policy. Age is verified at the withdrawal stage using valid Pakistani CNIC documentation.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting activities are not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of pakpop is lawful in your jurisdiction. pakpop does not warrant the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated are not permitted to hold a pakpop account.
4. One Account Per Person: You are permitted to hold only one registered account on pakpop. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all accounts associated with your identity and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
5. Not a Self-Excluded Player: Persons who have voluntarily enrolled in a self-exclusion programme on pakpop or any affiliated platform are not eligible to register or maintain an active account during the exclusion period.

3 Account Registration

To access pakpop's full range of services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number registered in Pakistan (e.g., Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, or Warid), and a valid email address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pakpop login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pakpop support immediately via live chat on the platform.

pakpop is required under its international gaming license to conduct identity verification for all accounts. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents at the time of account verification or at any subsequent point:

• Valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months showing your residential address in Pakistan
• Payment method verification — a screenshot or confirmation of the JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered to the same mobile number as your pakpop account

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a withdrawal request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the verification process is completed to the satisfaction of the pakpop compliance team.

pakpop reserves the right to close or suspend any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these terms has occurred, that fraudulent activity is involved, or where closure is required for regulatory compliance purposes. Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pakpop support via live chat.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pakpop processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment channels are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL Online Banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at the discretion of pakpop.

• The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 500. The maximum single deposit amount is subject to your account verification status and applicable transaction limits.
• pakpop does not charge fees on deposits. However, third-party payment processors such as JazzCash or EasyPaisa may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside pakpop's control.
• Deposits are generally credited to your pakpop balance in real time. In rare cases where a technical delay occurs, you should contact pakpop support with your transaction reference number.
• Only deposit using payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may trigger an account review.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals above Rs 50,000 may be subject to enhanced verification requirements.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. This is a standard anti-money laundering control.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one to three business days following completion of all applicable verification requirements.
• pakpop reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the withdrawal amount, where the compliance team deems this necessary.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements having been met in full prior to the withdrawal request being submitted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pakpop offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made available.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are restricted to one per player, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Validity Period: Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. Game-specific contribution rates are set out in the relevant promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While bonus funds are active on your account, a maximum single bet limit applies. Bets placed in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: Any player found to be exploiting or abusing pakpop's promotional system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account suspended permanently.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the pakpop platform are final once confirmed. A bet that has been accepted and confirmed cannot be changed, cancelled, or reversed by the player. pakpop reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Where a manifest error in odds, game mechanics, or pricing has occurred due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure.
• Where the outcome of a sporting event has been determined to be affected by corruption, match-fixing, or irregular betting patterns as determined by the relevant sporting body or regulatory authority.
• Where a player has placed bets in violation of these Terms and Conditions, including the use of prohibited automated software or collusion with other players.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. pakpop does not manipulate game outcomes. The published RTP (Return to Player) figures for each game represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, pakpop reserves the right to void affected bets and restore player balances to the position they held prior to the malfunction. The decision of pakpop in such circumstances is final. No winnings derived from a technical malfunction will be paid.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pakpop platform. A breach of any prohibition in this section will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

1. Registering more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address.
2. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the pakpop platform in any way.
4. Exploiting any software bug, error, glitch, or loophole in the pakpop platform to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
6. Using the pakpop platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
7. Accessing the pakpop platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.
8. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pakpop staff or other players through any communication channel.
9. Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a payment made to pakpop through any third-party channel without first exhausting pakpop's own dispute resolution process.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the pakpop website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software compilations, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of pakpop or its content and technology providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pakpop platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the pakpop platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of pakpop.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pakpop's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pakpop account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pakpop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the platform.

pakpop does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or third-party service disruptions affecting payment processors or game providers may cause temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

10 Responsible Gaming

pakpop is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling as a condition of its international gaming license. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to all verified players from within their account settings, without the need to contact customer support.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum period of seven (7) days following the request for increase.
• Session Timers: Players may configure session duration reminders that notify them after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Short-term account deactivation of one (1), seven (7), or thirty (30) days is available and takes effect immediately upon request.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pakpop holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to pakpop's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, you must contact pakpop support via the live chat facility on the website and clearly describe the nature of your complaint. pakpop will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve the matter within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal process, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant dispute resolution body as designated under pakpop's gaming license terms.

Players in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani courts may not have jurisdiction over disputes relating to online gambling services. pakpop operates under an international gaming license whose regulatory framework governs the resolution of player disputes. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

12 Amendments to These Terms

pakpop reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pakpop will provide notice through one or more of the following channels: a prominent notice on the website homepage, a notification within the player's account dashboard, or direct communication to the registered email address or mobile number associated with the account.

Your continued use of the pakpop platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting pakpop support. If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by pakpop of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
